This heel wedge is relief for heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. The QD Bone Spur Pad has an indentation at the webbed tendon, where calcaneus spikes tend to show. Depending on individual symptoms, this supplement can either be removed or left in place. Self-adhesive for fitting the shoe. This product will support you on your way to results.
