Nutri Works ZMA contains zinc, magnesium citrate and vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, in a veggie capsule. The package contains 90 vegetarian capsules.
Magnesium is an essential mineral for humans and is a key factor in hundreds of metabolic events. Magnesium and vitamin B6 promote the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Magnesium promotes normal muscle function, magnesium and zinc promote normal protein synthesis. Zinc contributes to maintaining normal blood testosterone levels and vitamin B6 to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells.
