Nutri Works TMG capsules contain trimethylglycine in a convenient vegetable capsule.
TMG, or trimethylglycine, is formed from the amino acid glycine with three attached methyl groups. In the body, trimethylglycine acts as a methyl donor, helping to methylate homocysteine, thereby reducing its levels. Trimethylglycine also functions as an osmolyte, similar to creatine, playing a role in regulating the body's fluid balance.
When combined with strength training, TMG positively impacts body composition by increasing muscle mass and reducing fat. For this purpose, the best results are achieved by dividing the total daily dose into two portions, for example, added to pre-workout and recovery drinks.
