Gymstick Pro Jump Rope

Training with a jump rope is one of the most effective and simplest forms of aerobic training. The Pro Jump Rope is 2.75 metres long and has a clip inside the handle so that this can be adjusted to any desired length. The rigid plastic handle has a non-slip pad to ensure comfort whilst gripping the Pro Jump Rope throughout the workout.
