The OptiMSM + C Lime treatment plant is a balanced combination of MSM powder, molybdenum and patented PureWay-C® vitamin. Vitamin C promotes the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the skin, bones, blood vessels and cartilage and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, is a naturally occurring sulfur compound, more commonly known as organic sulfur. The MSM used in this product is manufactured by Bergstrom Nutrition in the United States, which is known worldwide as the best in its field in terms of quality. Molybdenum is an element that is essential for the body's sulfur metabolism. OptiMSM + C Lime gets its fresh taste from its natural lime aroma.

Mix 2-6 g (1/2 teaspoon to 1 ½ teaspoon) of OptiMSM powder in a glass of water or other beverage of your choice. If you have not used MSM before, start with the lowest dose and increase the dose slowly.
